Carioca3D designs and prints devotional pieces and everyday objects in Ireland, one spool of filament at a time. Every order ships from our own workshop — and every checkout runs through Etsy.
Carioca is what you call someone from Rio de Janeiro. This workshop carries that name to Ireland — a small studio where Brazilian warmth meets a very precise machine.
Every piece starts as a 3D model, gets sliced, printed in PLA or PETG, and then goes through the part machines can’t do: sanding seams, fitting parts together, painting details, checking that a gift-worthy piece actually looks like one.
Full listings, more photos and current stock live on Etsy — these three are the pieces people ask about most. Looking for a club mascot, character or personalised name? See Custom & Fan Art →
Assembled from several prints, hand-glued and finished — not one continuous piece.
Big-head collectible style, printed in one sitting and painted by hand.
A magnetic stand that keeps shears within reach on the station — barber-pole finish.
Three steps between a finished print and a piece worth gifting.
Larger pieces like the Holy Family are printed as separate sections — it's the only way to get clean overhangs and crisp detail at this size.
Seams are cleaned, parts are glued and aligned by hand, and any support marks are sanded away before paint.
Every piece is checked for fit and finish, then boxed to travel safely from our workshop in Ireland to your door.
